Codfinch with lemon grapefruit
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, cod fillet, Kempen ham, cold butter and gin.

Clean lemon bulbs, peel, grate and 1/2 lemon.

Dab the fish, sprinkle with pepper and cut into 4 even pieces.

Cover each piece of fish with 2 slices of ham, fix with cocktail stick.

Fry half of butter in frying pan and cook the cod fillet on both sides for about 8 minutes.

Remove fish from the pan and extinguish the juices with lemon juice and gin.

Stir the remaining butter in flakes through gravy.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread fish over four plates and pour gin jus over it.

Tasty with mashed potatoes and boiled carrots with parsley..
