Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut the pepper into cubes and the onion into pieces.

Drain the pineapple, but collect 50 ml of juice per 4 people.

Put the pineapple, the pineapple juice, the turkey, tomato puree, bell pepper, onion and sugar snaps into the roasting bag from the packet of roasting steam.
