Potato leek soup with sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes (1 kg), leeks (a 300 g), olive oil, vegetable stock tablets, vegetarian sausages and brown bread.

Peel, wash and cut potatoes in small pieces.

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large soup pot and fry potatoes and leeks for 5 minutes.

Add bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 l of water, bring to the boil and boil for 15 minutes.
