Plaice with mustard sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes, scraped carrots (a 300 g), butter, breaded skewers (frozen, pack a 2 pieces), fresh parsley (a 30 g), crème fraîche (125 ml), mustard sauce ( dijonnaise and pot a 210 g).

Directions

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.

Roast the carrots in 10-12 min.

Heat butter in 2 frying pans and fish in 8 min.

Parsley finely chop.

Crème fraîche and mustard sauce gently warm to boiling point.

Season with parsley, salt and pepper.

Spread plaice over four plates.

Create sauce over it.

Serve fish with potatoes and carrots..
