Macaroni with bacon and zucchini
A classic and favorite with children, macaroni with bacon, mushrooms and courgettes with a special twist through the blue cheese.

Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon cubes in a min. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into cubes of 1/2 cm (brunoise) and bake for 2 minutes. Pour the sauce and heat for another 4 minutes.

Drain the pasta and scoop with the cheese through the sauce. Divide over the deep plates.
