Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic and bacon cubes. Remove the bacon from the pan. Stir the leek for 2-3 minutes in the shortening with the garlic.

Cross the tomatoes, put them in hot water for a few seconds, peel them and cut into cubes. Add the tomatoes and bacon to the leek and simmer for 2-3 minutes with the lid on the pan. Remove the garlic.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente. Drain and collect a little bit of cooking liquid. Scoop the cream cheese through the pre-mix and add a dash of cooking liquid. Scoop the pasta through the sauce.
