Spicy pineapple rice with chicken


Spicy rice with chicken, Thai stir-fry, pineapple and red pepper.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, dry the chicken breasts with paper towels, cut into strips and scoop them with pepper to taste.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken strips golden brown. Add the Thai stir-fry mix and stir-fry 3 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Stir in the curry paste and the paprika and heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the pieces of pineapple and allow them to thaw, while they are shoving. Add the rice. Warm through. Serve the dish lukewarm.
