Tuna with peas, lemon and chives


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, (olive) oil, potato wedges (425 g), onions, garlic, lemon, peas (frozen, extra fine, 450 g), sugar, cooking cream (light, 250 ml), tuna steak (frozen and 250 g).

Directions

  1. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, fry potatoes in 8 min.
  2. Golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, peel and chop onions and garlic.
  4. Clean the lemon well under the tap.
  5. Peel grating and lemon.
  6. Cook the peas for 5 minutes in plenty of boiling water.
  7. Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry for 3 min.
  8. Add grated lemon peel and garlic and fry for 1 min.
  9. Add lemon juice, sugar and cook for a while.
  10. Add cream, potato wedges and tuna and cook gently for 5 min.
  11. Add peas, season with salt and pepper.
  12. Distribute tuna with peas over four plates..
