Tagliatelle with caviar sauce, asparagus and shrimps
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, peeled tiger prawns (a 500 g frozen), fresh dill (a 15 g), asparagus tips (100 g), fresh tagliatelle (250 g), cream culinary (a 2 dl), dry white wine , butter, imitation caviar (a 50 g) and salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Thaw the tiger shrimp according to the instructions.

Take two sprigs of dill for garnish, rest the rest finely.

Cut the bottom of asparagus tips.

Prepare Tagliatelle in water with salt for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile bring to the boil gently in saucepan cream with white wine.

Sauce down to half.

Heat butter in the wok or pan and stir-fry the shrimps for about 1 minute.

Add asparagus and stir-fry for approx.

3 minutes.

Take a saucepan of fire, mix in caviar and finely chopped dill.

Drain pasta and divide it over two warm, deep plates.

Give caviar sauce over it and put shrimps on pasta.

Garnish with sprig of dill.
