Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package, add the green beans after 6 minutes. Fry the chicken breast cubes golden brown in the oil, add the onion chips and fry until golden brown.

Add the sugo and bring the sauce to the boil while stirring. Add the cherry tomatoes and bring the sauce back to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the macaroni with green beans and scoop them with half of the arugula through the tomato sauce. Serve the dish in 4 deep plates, divide the rest of the arugula over it.
