Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes with salt in 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the cream or crème fraîche with the garlic, butter, pepper and pesto.
  3. Drain the cooked potatoes. Add the cream mixture. Make a puree out of it.
  4. Add the leek strips and cheese cubes and warm well. Sprinkle with the shaved almonds.
