Spaghetti lemon, capers and arugula
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti, olive oil, garlic (squeezed), lemon (scrubbed, rinded grated and fruit pressed), capers (jar 100 g), arugula (lettuce and 75 g).

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 3 tbsp olive oil, add the garlic and fruit 3 min.

Add the spaghetti, the lemon zest and the capers.

Take of the fire.

Add the lemon juice and pepper and salt to taste.

Mix the arugula and the rest of the olive oil.
