Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the onion, wash the leek and cut into rings.
  3. Beat the eggs and season with pepper and salt.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry half of the egg mixture in 4 min. Brown and done. Turn halfway.
  5. Let the omelet slide on a plate and fry the rest of the egg mixture with the oil in the same way a second omelette.
  6. Heat the remaining oil in a stir frying pan the onion, leek and the Chinese stir-fry mix for 4 minutes. Add the mix for the water and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Cut the omelets into strips.
  8. Spoon the omelet strips through the noodles. Divide the noodles over the bowls. Serve with the satay sauce.
