Green fish curry
Green curry with saithe, onion and leek, served with white rice.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the fish fillet into pieces. Chop the onion coarsely and cut the leek into rings.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the leek and fry for 3 minutes. Add the Bumbu spice and the coconut milk, stir well and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and place the fish fillet in the curry. Cook the fish fillet with the lid on the pan for 6-8 min. Until done.

Scoop the rice into bowls. Divide the fish curry over it.
