Grilled pork chop with fresh salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, vine tomatoes ((5 pieces), in pieces), gurkenviertel ((gherkins, pot 670 g), in pieces), onion (finely chopped), salad dressing (bottle 270 ml), large, slightly crumbly potatoes ((3 kg bag), scrubbed), rib chops (a 2 pieces) and olive oil.

Mix the tomatoes, the pickles and the onion in a bowl. Add the salad dressing and pepper and salt to taste.

Prick the potatoes with a fork all around and puff them for 8 minutes at full power in the microwave. Take them out and leave them wrapped in a clean kitchen towel for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, brush the chops with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan and grill the pork chops in 5 min. Per side golden brown and done. Place them on 4 plates and add the salad. Serve with the roasted potatoes.
