Couscous with zucchini, gyros and soft goat's cheese.

Directions

  1. Heat in a frying pan oil and fry the gyro strips, stirring in 8 min. Until done.
  2. Allow the couscous to boil in boiling water with salt according to the instructions on the package. Cut the zucchini into cubes and squeeze the garlic.
  3. Stir fry in a wok or frying pan with oil zucchini and garlic 5 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut the fresh mint fine and press the lime.
  4. Spoon the fresh mint and lime to taste by the couscous. Divide the couscous and zucchini over plates, spoon the gyros over it and crumble the cheese above it.
