Directions

  1. Mix the garlic with the hazelnuts and oil in a tall cup and puree with a hand blender.
  2. Add the spinach and 50 grams of cheese and continue to make a smooth pesto. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the farfalle in water with salt. Drain and store a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid.
  4. Spoon the pesto with 1-2 tablespoons of cooking liquid and the ham cubes through the warm farfalle.
  5. Sprinkle with extra cheese and pepper.
