Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Bake the focaccia in 6-8 min. Cut the avocado half in half, remove the kernel and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

Puree or augment the avocado with the lemon juice and the tabasco until guacamole. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and the spring onion in rings.

Cut the focaccia open and spread the bottom half with guacamole. Place successively with lettuce, tomato, cheese cubes and spring onions.

Cover with the top half of the focaccia and cut into pieces.
