Linguine with leeks and ham

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and leeks for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the mustard, dairy spread and ham and heat the sauce for another 4 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin off and squeeze out half of the fruit.

Stir in the grater and 2 tsp juice through the sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and scoop through the sauce. Sprinkle with the capers and serve immediately.
