Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan golden brown and keep separate.
  2. Remove the thick sheets of the broad beans (double caps). Cook the noodles. Stir in the wasabi with 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. In the meantime, heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry in the spring, spinach and broad beans for 2-3 minutes. Drain the noodles and drain well.
  4. Mix the noodles with the wasabi well through the vegetables. Distribute over bowls and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seed.
