Vegetable spaghetti with Tuscan carrés
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ratatouill vegetables package (about 1 kg), olive oil, spaghetti, Tuscan carré (meat substitute, a 2 pieces) and black olives (in slices).

Peel and chop onion and garlic (from package).

Clean vegetables and cut into cubes.

Heat 3 t of oil in frying pan.

Cover the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.

Add thyme (from package) and with a lid on the vegetable pan in approx.

12 min.
-
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions for use.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.
-
Carré in 8-10 min.
-
Until cooked and brown.
-
Occasionally return.

Season vegetables with salt and pepper and mix with spaghetti.

Decorate spaghetti with olive slices and serve with carrés..
