Vegetable spaghetti with Tuscan carrés


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ratatouill vegetables package (about 1 kg), olive oil, spaghetti, Tuscan carré (meat substitute, a 2 pieces) and black olives (in slices).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onion and garlic (from package).
  2. Clean vegetables and cut into cubes.
  3. Heat 3 t of oil in frying pan.
  4. Cover the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add thyme (from package) and with a lid on the vegetable pan in approx.
  7. 12 min.
  8. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions for use.
  9. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.
  10. Carré in 8-10 min.
  11. Until cooked and brown.
  12. Occasionally return.
  13. Season vegetables with salt and pepper and mix with spaghetti.
  14. Decorate spaghetti with olive slices and serve with carrés..
