Delicious one-pot dish of pasta with paprika, anchovies, garlic, capers and basil. Very easy to make, ideal for camping

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the peppers and mozzarella into cubes and do in a large bowl. Add the oil from the can of anchovies. Press the garlic. Slice the anchovies and add together with the garlic and capers.

Remove the leaves from the basil. Scoop the pasta through and sprinkle with the basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the bread into slices and serve with the pasta.
