Prepare kale according to instructions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cut bacon strips into coarse pieces and bake for approx. 5 minutes. Add the beef strips and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the potato slices, wine, water and bouillon tablet and bring to the boil.

Clean the winter carrot and cut into cubes. Add the carrot to the meat and let it simmer slowly for about 5 minutes.

Add the kale and season the stew with salt and pepper.
