Lukewarm pasta salad with ham

Ingredients
- 300 gram IUD paste
- 300 gram penne
- 150 milliliters olive oil
- Kilogram leg ham
- 1 Red pepper in cubes, without seeds
- 1 yellow bell pepper in cubes, without seeds
- 1 green pepper in cubes, without seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme minced meat
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic shredded
- 3 tablespoon green pesto

Directions

Cook the pasta with salt. Drain the pasta, shake it with a dash of olive oil and let it cool.

Heat the ham according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 100 ml of olive oil and stir in the peppercorns. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the thyme and the garlic.

Cut the leg ham into thick slices. Brush them with the rest of the olive oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of pesto. Roast them under a hot oven grill.

Spoon the pepper with the rest of the pesto through the pasta and add pepper to taste. Serve the lukewarm pasta salad with the ham.
