Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain.

Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the stalk chicory and halve the praise in the length. Remove the hard core.

Cut the leaves lengthwise into strips of 1 cm wide.

Cut the ham into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ham for 2 min. Add the praise and cook for 2 min. Scoop regularly.

Pour in the whipped cream and simmer for 4 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper and salt.

Spoon the chicory through the spaghetti. Grate the cheese over it and serve immediately.
