Rucola steam
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, olive oil, sausages (4 pieces), onions (in rings), dried Italian herbs and arugula (a 75 g).

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the sausages around brown. Slide the meat to the edge of the pan and fry it for 14 minutes. Bake in the middle of the pan the onion rings golden brown in the shortening. Bake the Italian herbs for the last 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and collect the cooking liquid. Stamp the potatoes with the rest of the oil and some cooking juices to a smooth puree with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle the arugula and season with salt and pepper. Divide the stew over 4 plates and place the sausage with the fried onion rings on it.
