Cauliflower with apple-curry sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato croquettes (frozen, a 450 g), cauliflower, butter, beef finches (bowl of 2 pieces), sweet sour apple, lemon juice and curry sauce (for chicken and vegetables (40 g)).

Prepare the croquettes according to the instructions for use in the oven.

Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets and boil in 15 minutes.

Heat butter in frying pan and finches brown and cooked in 20 minutes, turning regularly.

Peel apple, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Bring 250 ml of water to the boil.

Add the contents of the curry bag and bring to the boil with stirring while stirring.

Stir in the apple and let it warm.

Distribute cauliflower on four plates and pour sauce over it.
