Philippine beef stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, drizzled beef patties (in pieces), onion (coarsely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), chilli powder, beef stock (380 ml), white rice, peanuts, green beans (cleaned), eggplant (diced ), Thai fish sauce and soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 500 g run through beef in pieces
- 1 great onion coarsely cut
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 pot meat fond 380 ml
- 25 g White rice
- 40 g peanuts
- 250 g green beans cleaned up
- 1 great eggplant in cubes
- 3 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Heat oil in frying pan and meat (in parts) on high heat in 5 min.

Place on plate.

In shortening onion and garlic with chilli powder 3 minutes fruit.

Add meat and meat stock and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Finely cover the meat covered in 2-3 hours (on the flame distributor).

Meanwhile roast golden brown roast in dry frying pan, keep on shoveling.

Allow the rice to cool down on a plate.

Grind roasted rice and peanuts in food processor or in mortar.

Stir the rice and peanuts through cooking juices.

Squeeze the beans and eggplant through the stew and gently simmer for 30 minutes.

Add a splash of water if the sauce becomes too thick.

Season with fish sauce and soy sauce.

Possibly sprinkle with coriander and / or spring onion.
