Philippine beef stew


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, drizzled beef patties (in pieces), onion (coarsely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), chilli powder, beef stock (380 ml), white rice, peanuts, green beans (cleaned), eggplant (diced ), Thai fish sauce and soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in frying pan and meat (in parts) on high heat in 5 min.
  2. Place on plate.
  3. In shortening onion and garlic with chilli powder 3 minutes fruit.
