A delicious stew for autumn with apple and winter carrot

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the carrots into pieces and put them in a deep pan with the potatoes in low water.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Bring to a boil over a high heat. Cook over medium heat with the lid on the pan for 20 min. Drain.
  4. Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the cores and cut into pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Slice the parsley.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and apple for 5-8 minutes until the apple is soft. Add the curry and cook for 30 seconds. with it.
  6. Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan and fry the cheese burgers over and over.
  7. Add the apple mixture and the parsley to the poured potato-root mixture and crush well. Add pepper and salt if desired.
  8. Divide the stew over the plates and place the cheese burgers next to it.
