Fish with yellow rice and carrot
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow rice (325 g), Parisian carrots (a 300 g), butter, herb mix vegetable finely for carrots (10 g), yellow fin sole ((a 750 g, frozen) and thawed).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the carrots in 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and mix with a knob of butter and vegetable finely.

Meanwhile, heat the rest of the butter. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper to taste and fry over medium heat for 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Divide the rice, carrots and fish over 4 plates and serve.
