Smoked sausage skewer with onion and paprika


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, potato slices (600 g, frozen), paprika, Gelderse smoked sausages (2 bags a 2 x 100 g), red onions (in parts), yellow pepper (in 16 pieces), broad beans ( 300 g and freezer).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices in a light brown flame for 12 min. Add the paprika and cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Cut each sausage into 4 pieces. Thread alternately a piece of sausage, a piece of onion and a piece of paprika on a skewer. Heat the grill pan. Brush the skewers with the rest of the oil and grill them for 6 minutes.
  3. Cook the green beans according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and scoop with the potato slices. Serve with the smoked sausage skewer. Delicious with sweet chili sauce.
