Boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt a little harder than al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain well.

Heat the wine with the cream, garlic, bay and thyme until the wine boils. Turn the heat source down and let it draw for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Remove the garlic and herbs from the cream and add all the cheeses while stirring. Let the cheese melt, but do not boil. Season the sauce with pepper and nutmeg.

Sprinkle the baking dish with breadcrumbs. Mix the cheese sauce through the pasta and scoop the pasta into the baking dish. Bake the pasta high in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown.
