Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the curry paste for 1/2 minute. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.
  2. Add the cooking cream and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the shrimps and let the curry covered gently for about 15 minutes. If necessary, season with salt.
  3. Boil the rice and let dry.
  4. Sprinkle the curry with the peanuts and coriander and serve with the rice.
