Nasi fantasy of ron and thea


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, rice, oil, chicken breast (diced), sweet soy sauce, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), leeks (in rings), ketoembar (ground coriander), laos (ground galangal root), winter carrot (in cubes), garden peas (frozen), celery ((bag a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and fry the chicken breast in 6-8 minutes.
  3. Season with some ketjapmarinadeen pepper.
  4. Take the chicken fillet from the wok and heat the rest of the oil.
  5. Fry the onion, the garlic and the leek until golden brown.
  6. Stir in the cooked rice, the ketoebar, the laos and the rest of the soy sauce marinade and fry the whole while feeding.
  7. Finally add the winter carrots, the garden peas, the celery and the chicken fillet and fry the nasi herbs for 6-8 minutes, while you keep on shoving.
  8. Delicious with a fried egg, fried banana and atjar tjampur (sweet and sour mixed vegetables)..
