French meal fish soup with tomato, red pepper, shrimp and cod. Tasty with baguette

Ingredients
- 2 onion
- 3 toe garlic
- 4 twig parsley
- 7 el traditional olive oil
- 720 ml sieved tomatoes passata di pomodoro
- 2 chicken broth tablet
- 250 ml tap water
- 1 medium oranges cleaned up
- G saffron bag
- 1 chip off bread
- 200 g fresh cod fillet
- 500 g frozen raw peeled shrimps thawed
- Red pepper
- 4 el mayonnaise

Directions

Chop the onions and finely chop the garlic. Slice the leaves of the parsley.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion and finely chopped garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the passata, bouillon tablets and the water and bring to the boil.

Grate 1/4 of the orange zest of the orange and add to the soup with the saffron. Season with pepper.

Let the soup gently simmer for 20 minutes with the lid slanted on the pan.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Cut the baguette into 1 cm slices and brush with the rest of the oil. Gril 2 min. Per side.

Cut the cod into pieces. Add with the shrimp to the soup and cook for 7 minutes on low heat until the fish is done.

In the meantime, finely chop the red pepper and the garlic and mix with the mayonnaise (rouille). Season with pepper.

Season the fish soup with pepper and salt and sprinkle with the parsley.

Serve with garlic pepper mayonnaise and baguette. Bon appétit! .
