Vegetable rice dish with cashew nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ready-to-eat leeks (300 g), oil, basmati rice, Indian curry paste (pot a 283 g), tomatoes (in parts), garden peas (frozen), white raisins and unsalted cashew nuts (coarsely chopped).

In frying pan or wok prawn 5 min.

Frying in oil, last 2 min.

Rice, mixed vegetables.

Mix curry paste with leek and rice, add 500 ml water and bring to the boil.

Turn down low and lightly simmer for 10 minutes with lid on pan.

Mix tomatoes, garden peas (frozen) and raisins with rice and heat for 5 more minutes.

Meanwhile roast cashew nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Season the taste with salt and pepper.

Divide the vegetable rice dish into four plates and sprinkle with cashew nuts..
