Mediterranean salad with spicy chicken and hummus dressing
Salad with seasoned chicken breast, hummus, red onion, cucumber, pointed pepper and lettuce.

Halve the chicken fillets in the length. Wrap each piece in a pre-seasoned sheet from the bag of Mediterranean herbs.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and cook the chicken breasts in 12 min. Until done. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, squeeze out half the lemon. Beat the hummus with ½ tbsp lemon juice and the water into a dressing.

Chop the onion. Cut the cucumbers into slanted, thin slices. Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seed molds and cut the flesh into wafer thin strips.

Mix the lettuce with the onion, cucumber, paprika and cheese cubes.

Remove the chicken fillets from the baking paper. Cut into strips and spread over the salad.

Sprinkle with the hummus dressing.
