Veal entrecote with camembert
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato slices (700 g), butter or margarine, Camembert, veal steak (2 pieces) and garden peas (freezer 450 g).

Fry golden slices of potato slices in a frying pan with approx.

20 grams of butter.

Meanwhile, preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Grease the baking dish.

Cut the camembert into slices.

Sprinkle the entrecotes with salt and pepper.

Prepare garden peas according to instructions.

Heat residual butter in frying pan.
-
Herein entrecotes in about 5 minutes around brown and inside rosé containers.

Prepare the entrecotes in a baking dish, divide the camembert and let it melt under the grill.

Serve with potato slices and garden peas..
