Tantalizing salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, almond shavings (45 g), fresh parsley (30 g), sunflower oil, lemon juice, liquid honey, Granny Smith (apple), grilled ham, peas extra fine (net 280 g) and lamb's lettuce (75 g).

Fry half of almond shavings light brown in dry frying pan.

Cut very finely in the parsley cup.

Rest the remainder of almonds in a food processor very finely.

Stir in oil with lemon juice, honey, ground almonds and half of parsley until dressing.

Wash the apple and divide it in four, remove the cores and cut the quarters into slices.

Cut the ham into strips.

Pour the peas, drain through dressing and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Spread lettuce and peas over large serving dish.
-
Spread apple and ham loosely over it.
-
Garnish with roasted almond shavings and leftover parsley.
