Salmon burger with cabbage lettuce and herb butter

Do not rinse the mixing bowl of the butter, but use it to grind the pieces of ice-cold salmon with the garlic, salt and pepper. Form of this salmon mince 4 flat burgers.

Brush a grill pan with oil and heat it. Grill the burgers in a few minutes per side in turn, golden brown.

Heat the bread for 2-3 minutes in the oven or between the contact grill. Cut open the points bread and spread them with the herb butter.

Serve with the salmon burgers, cabbage lettuce and raw vegetables.
