Summery coarse potato meal salad


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (solid cooking), haricots verts, salad dressing yoghurt (bottle a 450 ml), apples (Granny Smitt (bag a 1 kg)), radish, gherkins (pot a 670 g), red onion and salty pegs (with onion (scale)).

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal bars, boil for 15 minutes in water with a little salt.
  2. Cast off.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the tips of the haricots vertically and boil until cooked in 3-5 minutes.
  4. Rinse with cold water and add to potato strips.
  5. Mix potato strips and haricots verts with dressing.
  6. Wash apples, leave the skin and cut into strips.
  7. Clean the radish and cut into strips.
  8. Pick up gherkins and cut into strips.
  9. Peel the red onion and cut into strips.
  10. Everything, except herring fillet, carefully mix and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  11. Serving salad with 1 herring fillet with onions per person..
