Spicy sweet potato with grilled bratwurst


On weekdays dish of sweet potato with Caribbean herbs, sausages, corn, mango, coriander and green beans.

Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm pieces. Boil for 3 minutes in water with salt. Drain and drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes together with the Picadillo spice melange over medium heat for 12 minutes. Change regularly.
  3. In the meantime, heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the sausages over medium heat in 12 min.
  4. Drain the corncobs, scoop with the rest of the oil and grill around the last 3 minutes with the sausages.
  5. Meanwhile, peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the coriander coarsely.
  6. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook the beans for 6 minutes.
  7. Spoon with the corn, mango and half of the coriander. Sprinkle with pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the potatoes with the rest of the coriander. Serve the potatoes with the sausage and green beans.
