A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, little gem (lettuce, per 2 pieces), surimi flakes (a 120 g), Caesar dressing, capers (jar 100 g), Parmesan cheese, breadsticks (Grissini Integrali and 125 g).

Cut the lettuce into broad strips and spread over a flat dish.

Divide the surimi flakes and sprinkle with the dressing. Sprinkle with the capers and scrape the cheese over it. Serve with the breadsticks. Delicious with ciabatta bread.
