Wok noodles with bok choy and tofu

Prepare the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package. Clean the bok choy and paprika and cut into strips.

Heat in a stir-frying oil and stir-fry the tofu 3 min. Add the paksoi and paprika and stir-fry 5 minutes. Pour in the chilli sauce and coconut milk, bring to the boil for 3 min.

Put the wok noodles through and continue cooking. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
