Noodles with bok choy, paprika, tofu, coconut milk and cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Prepare the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package. Clean the bok choy and paprika and cut into strips.
  2. Heat in a stir-frying oil and stir-fry the tofu 3 min. Add the paksoi and paprika and stir-fry 5 minutes. Pour in the chilli sauce and coconut milk, bring to the boil for 3 min.
  3. Put the wok noodles through and continue cooking. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
