Mix the chicken with the ketjapmarinadeen the garlic and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Peel the oranges and cut the segments of flesh between the white membranes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the peppers with the sugar and the sherry on high heat, shifting until it turns brown. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the peppers in a dish and spread the orange wedges over it.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until they turn brown. Spoon the banana and let it fry until it becomes soft. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken over high heat in 5-7 minutes, stirring until crispy brown. Serve everything in separate dishes. Delicious with rice and satay sauce.
