Directions

  1. Mix the chicken with the ketjapmarinadeen the garlic and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Peel the oranges and cut the segments of flesh between the white membranes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken over high heat in 5-7 minutes, stirring until crispy brown. Serve everything in separate dishes. Delicious with rice and satay sauce.
