Cut the onion into rings and the coriander coarsely. Mix the cabbage, raw vegetables, onion rings, yogurt, coriander, pepper and salt.

Heat the grill pan. Grill the sausages in 8 minutes brown and done.

Meanwhile, roast the flat bread in a frying pan without butter or oil until it is warm and crunchy.

Cut open the flatbreads and fill them with some salad and serve with the lamb sausages and mango chutney. Serve the rest of the salad separately.
