Steak skewers with spicy sauce
Skewers of steak, peppers and Amsterdam onions.
Cut the steak into cubes of 2 x 2 cm. Slice the garlic and mix with the thyme, paprika, pepper and possibly salt through the oil.
Spoon the marinade with the meat and leave to marinate outside the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, let the peppers and onions drain.
Cut the peppers open lengthwise and remove any seed lists. Cut the flesh into long strips of about 1 cm. Roll up the bars.
Light the barbecue. Baste around a piece of steak, a piece of pepper and an onion on a skewer. Repeat and make 7 more skewers.
Grill the steak skewers in approx. 6 min. Rosé inside and with nice grill stripes on the outside. Serve with the spicy sauce.
