Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Cut the courgettes into slices lengthwise and then stick the slices in strips (julienne). Cut the sausage into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion in rings and the garlic.
