Chicken piri piri piri
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, chilli (mill), cayenne pepper, garlic (pressed) and chicken cloves (about 500 g).
Light the barbecue. Mix the oil, chili pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic in the aluminum container. Add the chicken cloves and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Put the container on the barbecue when it is hot and let the chicken cook for about 12 minutes. Times regularly. Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes from the tray directly on the grid of the barbecue to get a crispy skin. Delicious with fries and green beans.
