Drizzle the grated apple with lemon juice. Boil the potatoes in water with salt in approx. 20 minutes.

Remove the hard core from the bushes of chicory and cut the vegetables into narrow strips.

Make mashed potatoes with milk, pepper, salt, nutmeg and thyme.

Mix the chicory strips with the apple and nuts through them. Warm everything well.
